Leadership is not a title students receive. It is a weight they learn to carry—first in their own lives, then in the lives of others, and finally through leaders they build.
Each month centers on one leadership question, then moves students from teaching into discussion, practice, debrief, and a tangible artifact.

YEAR 01FOUNDATION

Students build ownership, identity, discipline, stewardship, emotional maturity, teachability, initiative, and purpose.

Students practice communication, relationships, influence, hard conversations, vision, teamwork, service, and wise decisions.

Students learn culture, delegation, coaching, feedback, multiplication, simple systems, vision, legacy, and commissioning.

One honest question
Every month answers a leadership question students will eventually face—before pressure forces them to answer it unprepared.
One core teaching
A focused 20–30 minute teaching gives students shared language without turning leadership into a lecture marathon.
Weekly practice
Weeks two through four move into discussion, reps, debrief, and practical challenges students can actually live out.
Real artifacts
Students finish months with tangible milestones like plans, reflections, presentations, assessments, or leadership projects.
Capstone moments
Each year pushes toward something concrete: a manifesto, leading something real, or developing another student leader.
Facilitator support
Adult leaders get notes, prompts, and practice tools so they can coach students without building the pathway from scratch.
